Add support for generating, verifying and rendering PDF/A files.
What is the scope of support for PDF/A that you would like to see added to the SDK? The ability to create PDF/A valid files, the ability to validate PDF/A files, the ability to convert existings PDFs into valid PDF/A files, etc. Which options are you most looking for?

Linearized PDF
Add support for linearized pdf. Also known as web-optimized PDF (byteserving); page-at-a-time download when viewing PDFs in the Web browser.
Status: under reviewWe will investigate the feasibility of adding this feature. It's definitely a feature we'd like to add.

add ocr text extracting from images
Status: under reviewWe will investigate this feature request. As you can imagine, providing accurate OCR support will take a considerable amount of work, so we'll need to review it carefully.

64-bit support
Add 64-bit support to Quick PDF Library.
Status: plannedWe do plan to add support for 64-bit machines in 2010 (when Embarcadero release a 64-bit version of Delphi). In the mean time we have a very good workaround that enables you to use Quick PDF Library in a 64-bit environment. More info about this can be found online here:

Highlighting hits in PDF files
Add support for highlighting hits in PDFs based on information from an XML file. I would like to be able to render a page into a JPEG with certain words highlighted as per an XML file. Info from Adobe:

Your Documentation Sucks - Fix It - How Can You Not Have More Examples???
I have looked and Google till I'm so pissed off, I don't even care if you fix it. I'm going to look for something else. Status: under reviewThere are quite a few samples for Quick PDF Library, but it doesn't sound like you were able to successfully locate them. This is our fault. Get form field calc order
Get form field calc order using a new function called GetFirstFormFieldByCalcOrder to get the first field, and then use another new function called GetNextFormFieldByCalcOrder to get them all.
Status: under reviewThe way form fields are stored in a PDF makes it a bit difficult to get the calculation order. We will consider adding a function called GetFirstFormFieldByCalcOrder to get the first field, and another GetNextFormFieldByCalcOrder to get them all.

redraw svg from xml
svg = xml so why not create images from path info stored withing XML.. Potentially MUCH better than WMF as will reduce file size and image is stored in code..
